The last full month before the start of the 2021-22 high school basketball season has been a busy one for Team Trae Young’s boys and girls.
In early October, Class of 2023 guard Ja’Kobe Walter got an in-house visit from Memphis basketball head coach and NBA legend Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway.

Ja’Kobe also received MVP honors for his performance at the Dallas Fall GASO Classic back in September.
Walter also ranked 16th in the latest 247 sports rankings of the Class of 2023.
On the girls side, Class of 2023 standout Elle Papahronis recently took unofficial visits to The University of San Francisco and Stephen F. Austin State University.
