Before next weekend’s second adidas session of the summer season, the Team Trae Young Girls took the trip out to Missouri for the Kansas City Clash and shined in one of the premier regional tournaments of the summer.

TTY 3SSB teams went a perfect 12-0, with the 17U team continuing their perfect season with four wins by an average of 38.5 points per game. The 16U team was nearly as dominant, winning their four games by an average margin of victory of 34 points and 15U posted a victory margin of 35.5 points per game.

The TTY 3SGB Teams also had a tremendous weekend. Team Sieg 2025 went unbeaten while Team Sieg 2026 and Team Scar both went 3-1.

Among the standouts in KC were McKenzie Mathurin, Rieyan DeSouze and Johari Hall, who earned 17U/16U All-Tournament team honors.

McKenzie led all 17U scorers at the tournament, averaging 21.3 points per game. She was followed by Team Sieg 2025’s Macy Marraccini at 19.3 points per game.

16U’s monster effort was guided by Hall, Sami Sheaffer, Kayli Atkinson and Ky’Lin Johnson-Cooper.

Kaiya McCoy was outstanding for 16U 2026 Seig, averaging 15 points per game.

The Team Trae 15U 3SSB team also had three All-Tournament Team members: Kianna Littlebear, Madi Hill and Jhazmyn Herron.

Other standouts throughout the weekend in Kansas City include Maddi Stewart (2026), Hannah Palmer (2026), Tyson Woolsey (2027) Peyton Singer (2028) and Elexis Holmes (2028).
