Team Trae Young recently announced a merger with one of the top girls programs in the state, Oklahoma Swift, and we are proud to recognize five girls from the Oklahoma Swift program for signing their National Letters of Intent on National Signing Day.

Jill Twiehaus, a 5-foot-10 guard, has signed with Rice University and Rice Womenโ€™s Basketball Coach Lindsay Edmonds raved about what Jill brings to the program..

“Jill is an extremely talented wing who can really shoot it from anywhere on the court but also can create off the bounce and use her athleticism to get to her pull up game as well as to the rim. I’ve even seen her catch and score on countless lobs! Jill is a fierce competitor and will do whatever it takes for her team to be successful. She has great court vision and will find her teammate when open and because of her ability to get off the floor quickly, we anticipate that she will make a big impact on the boards on both ends. Jill is a winner with high character and leadership skills and someone who is always in the gym working to get better. Her future’s so bright and I couldn’t be happier that Jill is with us.”

Kate Milton, a 5-foot-7 guard, signed with Rogers State University.

Allison Heathcock, a 6-foot guard, signed with Creighton University.

Hannah Coons, a 6-1 power forward, has signed with The University of South Dakota.

KK Peeler, a 5-foot guard, has signed with Friends University.

Congratulations to all of these young ladies and best of luck at the next level!
