The Nike Hoop Summit has been held annually since 1995, pitting the USA Team vs. a World team of top international players 19-and-younger and selection is often a precursor for NBA stardom. All told, 253 players previously selected to the Nike Hoop Summit have been drafted into the NBA. 88 of them have been selected in the Top 10 and 14 have been picked No. 1 overall. Additionally, 38 of those 253 have gone on to appear in at least one NBA All-Star Game.
This years USA vs. the World Game will be played on April 8th at the Moda Center in Portland. For tickets click here.
