Though Utah Prospects eventually got the best of Team Trae, 61-59, it wasn’t through lack of effort. Cooper and Walter combined to score 49 of Team Trae’s 59 points. Ja’Kobe, who was ranked the No. 17 prospect in the Class of 2023 by ESPN last week https://twitter.com/teamtraeyoungmb/status/1517186211131150336, tallied 27 points.

Ja’Kobe poured in another 25 points, and was one of four players with at least nine points, including Kaden, Sebastian Perry and Dink Pate.

In Spartanburg @adidas3SSB. Just watched Team Trae Young & D1 Minnesota.
Jakobe Walter was impressive & shot it well as usual for @teamtraeyoungmb. Really intrigued with 2024 6’7 PG Dink Pate. High-level prospect.
