It was a banner weekend for Team Trae Young at The Circuit League IV in Dallas as they locked down the competition with a flawless 4-0 record.

“It was a great opportunity to grow as a team,” Noah Shelby said. “Coming out here going 4-0 against top level teams gives us confidence for next weekend.”

The weekend was highlighted by a 78-70 win over Las Vegas Elite, in a marquee matchup between two of the nation’s top teams.

The weekend also featured wins over Middlesex Magic, Team Thad, and a victory over MEBO on a buzzer-beating dunk by Alex Anamekwe.

Due to the incredible team effort, several players TTY found themselves draped in individual accolades.

Rylan Griffen was named CO-MVP honors while also making the tournament First Team.

He shared MVP honors with teammate Noah Shelby.

That wasn’t all for the accolades. Ja’Kobe Walter was named to the tournament 2nd Team.

Also catching eyes was guard Kaden Cooper.
